This 25th international symposium looks at how technological advances in point-of-care testing and healthcare delivery trends are changing the face of clinical diagnostics and the quality of patient care. The conference covers emerging applications of molecular diagnostics, coagulation assessment, and infectious disease testing; considers delivery methods for disaster care and resource limited locations; and offers real world solutions for improved clinical outcomes.
Recognizing the increasing need for POC tests to prove their added value to patient care, industry leaders and expert investigators explore the timing, accuracy, and affordability of POC tests, explain how they address clinical need, and provide insight into emerging areas of patient care.
The conference will be held in San Diego, CA from Thursday, September 18, 2014 8:00 AM - Saturday, September 20, 2014 5:00 PM.
