General Infectious Diseases Consultation, Outpatient
This outpatient consultation service provides diagnostic and therapeutic management of infectious diseases. These services include:
- Consultation for diagnostic dilemmas such as fevers of unknown origin, granulomatous disorders, suspected Lyme disease and other tick-borne infections.
- Expert advice on the diagnosis and management of bacterial, mycobacterial, fungal, viral and parasitic disorders.
- Directing outpatient parenteral antibiotic therapy (OPAT)
Patients are seen at the Johns Hopkins Greenspring Facility located in Lutherville, Maryland. Referrals and medical records may be requested before obtaining an appointment.
