Technical Assistance

Technical assistance is available 24/7 over the phone. Call the Epic Help Desk at 855-284-5465 and ask for help with CareLink. When you log a help desk ticket, please have the following information ready:

  1. User name and login
  2. Practice site information
  3. If you have a question about accessing a patient record, you will need to report the name of the patient you are accessing/trying to access and your relationship with them. If you have a question about a referral, you will need the name of the patient you referred and, if possible, referral ID.
  4. If you have a question about a security issue, please have available the names of other users at your site.
