Technical Assistance

Telephone technical assistance will be available 24/7 by calling 855-284-5465. Please be prepared to provide the following information when you log a help desk ticket:

  1. User name and login
  2. Practice site information
  3. If you have a question about accessing a patient record, you will need to report the name of the patient are you accessing/trying to access and your relationship with them.
  4. If you have a question about a referral, you will need the name of the patient you referred and, if possible, Referral ID.
  5. If you have a question about a security issue, please have available the names of other users like you at your site.
